Series of Stimulating Events
TL;DR
The culmination of our hard work, impromptu team meetings, and back-to-back conferences has paid off this month! Our product has piqued much interest at the annual American Society of Pain and Neuroscience (ASPN) conference, and we’re eager to fulfill the pilot agreements formed at ASPN.
What a painless ride
ASPN went better than expected! Meeting with executives at over 7 different Medtech companies, we presented our beta’s results and discussed how our product fits hand-in-glove with their marketing strategy. They say becoming a parent is one of the most exciting times in one’s life, but even one of our co-founders, who’s a recent dad himself, has never experienced this kind of high.
Crazy how some of the greatest opportunities occur when you least expect them. We hit off Friday morning with back-to-back meetings, running on nothing but Cuban coffee & pastries. By late afternoon, our stomachs screamed for sustenance only to discover that our lunch meeting was canceled. Coincidently, this mishap led us to hitting it off with the one and only Dr. Navalgund - VP of National Spine & Pain (NSPC)! He introduced us to the President of NSPC, with whom we are now in talks to launch our software within their 120 locations. Forget about lunch, we’ll take this any day 😋
While the rest of July was just as spontaneous, our team has focused our algo to dive deeper into neuromodulation. We’ve updated and refined Flagler to now recommend Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS), flagging patients for new treatment indications such as diabetic neuropathy and chronic abdominal pain.
Fun Flag Facts
The only flag in the world that doesn’t have 4 sides goes to Nepal! Instead, its flag resembles 2 triangles stacked on top of each other, symbolizing the Himalayas and representing its two major religions, Hinduism and Buddhism.
Cheers,
